Stereoscopic Imaging

As a starting point we took the work team 13 produced.

They worked with claustrophobia so that’s where we started off aswell.

Another imput in our research was stereoscopic imaging, as it is a great way to create a 3d space on a simple 2d suface.

We tried to marry these 2 together, maybe finding a solution to solve claustrophobia with the use of stereoscopic imaging.

First we made some tests if we could really create a deep 3d space with these images. (photo’s of city and house views, red-blue 3d glasses are required to see them)

We can all asume an elevator is a claustrophobic space, so with the use of stereoscopic images we’d like to make the small elevator look a lot bigger, so people don’t get these cramped feelings anymore.

For the display of our work we need an elevator, 3d glasses and perhaps a beamer + laptop to display our research in Cubicconverter.

The elevator is allready taken care of, we will use the one in the Hoogstraat. We’ll provide 3d glasses aswell as the required laptop. For the beamer we would use the one in our regular classroom, or the one on the ground floor in the computer class (if this would be easier). The research can also be presented on e regular laptop. We would also like some time to set up the project.
